We\u2019re excited to share proposals for a community of 75 high-quality homes<\/strong> on land east of Mousdell Close in Ashington.<\/p>\n This thoughtfully chosen site, just off Rectory Lane, is nestled between established neighbourhoods and exciting new homes already under construction – making it an ideal location to bring forward more much-needed homes, creating a sustainable development with strong walking and cycling links to the wider village.<\/p>\n Previously identified in the draft Horsham Local Plan as suitable for up to 75 homes, the land presents a fantastic opportunity to deliver new homes in a location already recognised for its potential.<\/p>\n We are pleased to confirm that the planning application has now been submitted and validated by Horsham District Council.
